Green Areas Along Jl. Raya Halim Perdanakusuma Beautified

East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Unit personnel beautified park and green area along Jl. Raya Halim Perdanakusuma, Kebon Pala, Makasar, this Wednesday (1/27).

Currently, we arrange the park on median strip first

East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency's Forestry and Green Area Section Head, Atang Setiawan mentioned, 25 personnel were deployed to arrange park on the median strip from Halim Perdanakusuma intersection to Jakarta-Cikampek Toll gates.

"They trim trees and plant Jasmine (Melati Gambir) and willow-leaved justicia (Gandarusa) in the location," he explained, Wednesday (1/27).

According to him, park and green belt arrangement which carried out as long as 1.8 kilometers in the main road to Halim Perdanakusuma Airport was done to make the area look beautiful and tidy.

"Currently, we arrange the park on median strip first. When it finished, we will continue to arrange the existing plants on the left and right sides of the road," he said.
